“I had an amazing experience booking an apartment at The Wilson with Julia. I have never worked with a host so willing to accommodate my work needs and budget. Julia was very responsive and worked with me to find an apartment near the UW campus at an unbeatable price. She offered great advice on the best commute to the UW campus and local restaurants, cafes, and activities. In the end, I had to cancel my booking due to a sudden change of plans, but Juila was nothing but understanding and sympathetic. I have no doubt that, if had worked out, staying in Julia's apartment would have been a great experience. The photos are gorgeous and there are nothing but rave reviews from other tenants. If you get the chance to stay at a Voyageur Extended Stay apartment, please do! Enjoy the beautifully restored, well maintained apartments, precious neighborhoods, and the peace of mind knowing that Julia and her team are invested in taking care of their tenants in a compassionate and professional manner. “I stayed at a studio in the Wilson for 11 weeks during the fall of 2025. My apartment was sunny and everything I needed was provided. Everything. The towels were cushy, the bed was comfortable and there was a deep tub. What more could anyone need? Nothing. My office was 5 blocks away and no matter what time of evening I walked home there were always enough people out on the street for me to feel safe. Every member of management was warm, efficient and responsive. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks, everyone.”

“We rented this adorable apartment for our twenty year old daughter for the summer, and it is absolutely fabulous! Beautifully appointed, centrally located, and safe, the apartment afforded her every amenity she needed and more. The full kitchen and refrigerator allowed her to cook meals, and the awesome fixtures throughout gave the place a funky yet sophisticated feel. She loved the giant tv and the free laundry too! The owners were more than helpful and went above and beyond their role as landlord/landlady! I would highly recommend this cool place for a short or a long stay! It's truly unique and awesome!”

From the start, I was impressed by their professionalism, and by the quality of the apartments. The units at Wilson and The Medallion are beautiful, well-maintained, and clearly managed with a lot of care and attention to detail. The interior design is excellent: tasteful, inviting, and thoughtfully put together. Everything feels intentional, which elevates the overall experience. They were also very flexible in accommodating my split booking between Unit F and Unit O for my last trip to Madison, and they resolved a payment issue quickly and smoothly. On top of that, the team was proactive and highly reliable in handling packages that arrived earlier than expected, making sure they were safely stored before my check-in. It’s rare to find a team that combines such great service, responsiveness, and genuine care. I honestly think it's the best customer experience I've had so far, in any industry. I highly recommend Julia and her team if you’re looking for a smooth, stress-free, and truly accommodating stay.”
